What We Offer

Maintenance/Service

Off-road vehicles driving up a dirt trail on a hillside, surrounded by grass and trees, with mountain ridges in the background during dusk.

Service includes basic services on off-road vehicles provided at customer’s location

Basic service covers routine items such as oil and filter changes, fluid checks and top-offs, battery inspection, tire pressure and condition checks, basic brake inspection, and general safety and drivability checks. We offer expanded services tailored to off-road and utility needs, including:

  • Comprehensive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

  • Suspension inspection, adjustment, and rebuilds

  • CVT and transmission service

  • Fuel system cleaning and carburetor or EFI tuning

  • Cooling system service and radiator repairs

  • Steering and drive-line repairs

  • Seasonal preparation and trail-readiness inspections

If your vehicle needs more extensive work outside the basic scope, we’ll provide a clear estimate and timeline before proceeding or hauling your unit to your preferred shop.

On Site Repairs

General trailside repair/diagnostics

Reach out to us with a detailed explanation of your issues and we will come prepared. Sometimes all you need is a specialty bolt to get back up and running. We’ll drive to you, assess the situation, and repair the issue if parts are on hand.

In some instances where parts or tools are unavailable to use in backcountry terrain, we will diagnose the vehicle and get you back to base camp. If further assistance is needed to get your vehicle to your preferred shop, let us know and we’ll haul your unit for you.

Off-Road Recovery

Get your unit out of the rhubarb

Even if your vehicle starts and runs perfectly, being buried under several feet of snow can leave you stuck and stranded — we can get you moving again. If you’re facing a mechanical failure and replacement parts aren’t available on the trail, we’ll haul your unit back to a repair shop or basecamp.

Farr Out Rescue handles off-road recovery for most vehicles and situations. When you contact us by call, text, or the form on our website, tell us where you are, what type of vehicle you have, and a brief description of the problem. We’ll head to your location with the appropriate tools, and gear to assess the scene, stabilize the vehicle, and get your rig out efficiently and safely.

Our priority is minimizing damage and getting you back on the trail — or to a secure location — as quickly as possible. Reach out during business hours; we’re ready to respond.
